Sky Packages Help

Hi all,

Does anyone know if it is possible to change your package online with Sky.

Since the free install I have had the full monty package so to speak now £40 per month but due to cost cutting will need to cut this down to the basic package of £19.50 per month.

All I am looking for is the basic BBC1,2, ITV and a bonus would be FX289 and a few others and the £19.50 option looks the best.

Have browsed their site and the £19.50 package will do for me but cannot seem to find any option to downgrade online.

Do I have to make the phone call or am I missing the change your package option online.

:D

There is a £13.50 value pack (package content on the Sky site) if you really want to cut down but you will have to call them as you will with the £19.50 Family pack. Quite often if you downgrade you will get a call at some point in the future offering you a cut price upgrade or free channels for a period. I have nearly always had my calls to Sky answered first ring after choosing the options and always had a Scottish person answer.

The Value Pack is pointless the only premium channel is Sky One, and you do not get Freeview channels like ITV2, The Hits, UK History, TMF, UK Brightideas, FTN......you might as well get Freeview or Top Up TV at FREE of £7.99 a month respectively.
