Bill C = Big Thanks!
This proves people do care at NTL whatever any of you lot say. I gave Bill C (off this site) a call this morning and he came out this afternoon and has sorted out all the signal problems we had been having.
I had thought that the signal had been fixed yesterday when the crew came out and fitted us with an RG11 cable and RG6 cable but in-fact the signal was still very low/practically none existent. So first off he sorted out the signal problems which hopefully in turn will hopefully end the problems with the STB I had been having. If not he has offered to come and sort it out for me. You can not get better customer service than this. I never got any treatment from staff at BT like this and I know people high up there. Thanks once again mate! :) |

I would also like to thank Bill for working to sort my problem out. I know he has a tough time sometimes getting things sorted when he needs to go through NTL managers for the area. But with Bill working as a go between the customer does have a chance to get the internet working at its best.
Keep up the good work Bill I vote you should suggest what the MDs next bonus gets spent on as the MD hasn't earnt it this time.. ;) :angel: |

quite agree Bill C is one of the most customer focused people in NTL.
