FA Cup tickets
This might sound a bit daft...but how do I go about applying for tickets to watch United in Cardiff? I've never been to an FA Cup final before so do I approach Old Trafford for them or can I get them from the Millenium Stadium? Do they give priority to season ticket holders etc? I only get to see them once every year or so, do more regular supports get first refusal?

Re: FA Cup tickets
I think so many are allocated to every league team - try asking your local league club if they can get any.

Re: FA Cup tickets
you could always try the touts , as long as you fancy paying an arm and a leg for it , i believe pem is right about every club getting so many though :)

Man Utd is no good unless you are registered or a season ticket holder. |
Re: FA Cup tickets
What I thought was daft was that stupid woman Labour MP complaining about the unfairness of the ticket allocation between Millwall and Man Utd, she thought they should get the same. I think it will be 20,000 to Millwall and 24,000 to United. That means that everyone at United's last home game would get roughly a third of a ticket, whilst everyone at Millwalls best attendance would get three tickets each.:td:

Re: FA Cup tickets
The millenium stadium is your best bet. They will have a certain number available directly from them to be sold to the general public.

Man U will get the following allocation - 28,000 tickets, as detailed below: 3,500 @ £90.00 18,000 @ £65.00 2,500 @ £50.00 4,000 in the Family Bay @ £25.00 adults £12.50 under 16s / over 65s Season ticket holders have to meet the below cirteria and I am guessing there is more than 28000 of them and they have to pre register for them - Season Ticket Holders who registered an application for the Semi Final at Villa Park and who have purchased a ticket according to our records for the following 6 cup games Panathinaikos (31) Rangers (32) Stuttgart (33) Man City (34) Fulham (36) and FC Porto (35) from this season (2003/2004) can register an application by telephoning the Ticket Order Line on 0870 442 1999 from 8am on Monday 26 April through to 5pm on Friday 30 April. Please note, we anticipate that a heavy volume of calls will be received in the first couple of hours and that supporters may have difficulties registering during this period, therefore please be aware that this is a 24 hour service and tickets are not allocated on a first come first served basis. If oversubscribed an automated ballot will take place to determine successful applicants. :( more woe Im afraid as the Millennium Stadium are not even selling them Supporters should contact their respective Clubs for Ticket allocations The Millennium Stadium is not selling tickets to the general public for this matchand asking supporters to contact their club. link here Best option maybe league clubs or ebays. :D |
