Help! My STB is being silly
 

Hi,

Ive just plugged my NTL STB back in after moving it to do some cleaning and its now sitting with the Sorry to interrupt your viewing page and is saying tune on the STB display....

Any ideas? or is it a call to the CS tommorrow :rolleyes:

turn the mains off, press and hold the down arrow key on stb, then without letting go, turn the power on. when stb says ntl, let go of arrow

if it comes up with errror 1014 you need a tech, if not then you should get pix back
