EPG no longer shows when changing channels
 

My mate's been fiddling with the menus again :mad:
She's just rang me up and told me that when she changes channel, the Now/Next info isn't showing up anymore, and I'm convinced she's switched it off somewhere but I can't find out where... Can anybody tell me where the setting is for this one?

She's on Langley CR3 and has a "shark" remote...
I'm Bromley, so I don't know exactly how to get into the menus on Langley, so an idiot's guide would be useful so I can explain over the phone...
