Help with reconnection.
 

Hi all.

My manager at work has had a dispute with NTL that resulted in her cable modem connection being terminated.

NTL should have reconected it today but she cant check it from work.

Is there someone from NTL online that I could PM my managers details to ?

I will be at work at 6, i can check it for you, but won't be able to reconnect it, cos it has to be done by c/s not t/s.

I can check it for you, but probably cannot reconnect it as I'm in the Midlands franchise (Nottingham regions)

I can check too, here until 18:30. As above, can't actually reconnect though.

Thanks for the help guys... Its sorted now - When my manager got home it had all been re-connected :)
