If you press help does any info come up? If so what does it say? If help doesn't work try pressing page up, page down, blue. Look for info regarding the return path. |

If not then you need a call to CS, you have no return path. |
Re: interactive not working
Well I accidently pressed the RED button in Teesside thinking ... NO! it gonna crash! But it didn't :) Has that problem been sorted out?

Re: interactive not working
have you had cr3? cr2 should always crash with the red button.
as for the above 1030 means no return path, try switching the stb off at the mains for 5 minutes, when you switch it back on go through a few channels then go back to channel 101, press the help button on the remote and see if the connection status has gone to 5 connected address allocated, if it hasnt ring your local Faults department and go through the relevant checks, they will book a technician to check the levels and possibly swap out the stb **edit whoever said about page up page down blue that wont work on CR2 the original post is definately on a STB running CR2 or the error 1030 would manifest itself as an MO44 error. |
