I did some searching after i read your other post in the other thread & all i could come up with is that link you have just posted for info plus the Technical Support number 0906 301 2222 (calls charged at 50p per minute) & the cancellation address. The email link that i found for dial up tech support just linked itself into a page that did not exist.

all customer services centres are now open the same hours, which are monday to friday, 0800-2000, saturday 0900-1800, sunday closed.

I think you may need to check opening hours for ntl freedom customer services as I'm sure they differ slightly but off work to find out for sure.
