The news itself isn't anything new, it's been growing ever since unmetered dialup services became more affordable and reliable. More @ The Register.

I am certainly spending much less time watching tv these days--and more online, especially since I got Digiguide and can really target my viewing :D

Yep, have on here too. I hardly want to watch anything now.

Even the simpsons is loosing it's appeal.

I don't even watch TV, only films and I use my PC for that. :eek:

Same here with the telly seams I am always on the net or online gaming. Much better than telly.

Same here too. ardly watch TV (mostly carp anyway), just use the TV for watching DVD's or playing Xbox.

Same here 3, well not quite as bad as some but there is hardly anything worth watching now.

What telly? We haven't had one in over 20 years :)

But I am spending a lot of time surfing these days.... :(
