Despite receiving a leaflet singing the praises of this latest service (sic) from ntl, guess what, it doesn't work! I have tried to change my contact details several time, but it just won't accept the changes, I have tried on different occasions and told ntl about it also on many occasions. Also it hase my payment date wrong. Did I get a response? Nah! :td:

I have used myntlhome... it worked fine for me! what contact details are you trying to change? is it your postcode?

If you have a SACM BB account, pm me your details and i can correct them for you (except for the postcode!).

One of the mods/ admins can verify that i do work for ntl if you are worried...

I tried to change my mobile phone number ( which they have down as my old BT phone number (ie before I switched to ntl!) and each time I try to change it, it doesn't alter it

sorry to tell you that this still hasn't updated, and to make matters worse, it has now deleted my ntl phone number and won't let me replace it, and it still hasn't updated my mobile number. I know it's not your fault mate, but this site is crap!

:rolleyes: can't disagree with you there mate, it does sound pretty crap!

I have escalated this now, and it should be looked into... that isn't a promise that they will do anything about it mind! ... but you never know!
