No internet since 11pm(24/1)

Hi we lost our internet last night around 11 pm and the service page shows a issue ETA for the fix was 4pm but has now been pushed to 8am on the 25/1. Is there anyone who can tell me what has happened post code area en10.

I've cheked a few random EN10 postcodes but found nothing, so it must be pretty localised. PM me your full postcode

Aha - probably F008760247. A broken fibre between Cheshunt and Wormley.

I post ticket numbers here in case anybody wants to contact Faults about it.
