Any contact for the install team?
Hi all,

It's been a while - I moved last October and the new house doesn't have cable. It runs along the front road, but not the 5 houses where I've moved to which are in their own small cul-de-sac. Ironically, house #6 can get it as it's on the main road.

I've tried filling the form in multiple times since moving and I've not had any response yet (even pre-covid times). The call center don't seem to be able to offer any info.

Is there anyone on here who has any ties to the install team? I know covid will probably end any recent install hopes, but I'm in it for the long game here.
Or any tips from members on here as to whether VM would every entertain such an install? I'm in a gig area, and I'd sign up tomorrow if I could get it!

If the property you are moving to is a new build development, then the National Home Builders team would be able to check that for you on 0800 073 7100.

There is also the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 who may be able to double check if VM is available at your new property.

Unfortunately it's not a new build. Would the pre-install/delivery team still be relevant in this case?
