My Virgin Media - Online Account
Just impossible to login.
Forgotten password and follow the set procedure to go nowhere. It ends with a panel that I filled in correctly from my bill, but it keeps saying the bill details are wrong with a heading "please confirm your username". It will probably save a lot of frustration if you just phone up. Have a <<hug>> to be going on with from someone who had the same problem.
