She's a name in the own right with some 28 TV programs & 8 Films to her name.

She had to quit Suits when she got engaged.

So how many people had heard of her before taking up with him or any other high profile male she is alleged to have been seeking? "Suits" was the only series where she made anything other than 1 or 2 appearances.

Their security needs arise because of the constitutional politics and history of the British State. It is therefore the British State’s ongoing responsibility to pay for their security. It’s not as if it isn’t in our interests to do so either - we don’t need some nutter or extremist trying to hold the country to ransom by snatching one of them.
