Cat 7 Cabling
 
Has anyone on here used Cat 7 Cabling for their network or Internet connection?

All i can seem to find is the flat cable?

is it a Patch cable i need for the internet?

I some flat Cat7 cabling.

I feel it's better when connecting to a hub.

I imagine all flat cables are patch cables unless they specifically say crossover cable.

However in most cases I think the device will adapt accordingly these days.

Patch cables are the norm, cross over cables were primary used for PC to PC without a router/hub etc.

Thanks Guys gonna get myself some Cat 7 cables as i need longer cables as im getting a new desk and moving PC.

Amazon is a good place.

Cat7 will make it a bit more future proof.

I use Comms Express for all my patch leads, must admit last ones I bought were CAT5 they do for what I need.
