ntlworld emails going straight to spam folder.
 

Hi.
Quite often I have emails to my @ntlworld address go straight into my spam folder. Whatever I then do, clicking that it's not junk, to trust further emails from that address or to trust any further emails from that domain, after a couple of weeks the same thing happens. It's very irritating!
It happens on my desktop, where I use Outlook for emails, but it also happens on my iPhone/iPad as well.
I assume I'm missing a trick to stop this from keeping happening, someone please tell me what it is!!!:dunce:

I had this happen out of the blue with a site I moderate on. Add the addy(s) to your contacts list in the webmail interface at VM. That'll stop it being signaled as spam.

I'll try that, thanks for the suggestion. I can't help feeling we shouldn't really have to go to the trouble of doing that, but heh ho...

I have not been receiving my VM monthly into my NTL Email address and it is most annoying, They are not even in my spam or junk. I have reported this several times,
