VR content the next 3D

Yes and we all know how that turned out despite the predictions on this forum by some that said it would be the next big thing.

VR is on a different level to 3D only time will tell if it'll go the same way but if the gaming industry is anything to go by it will be huge.

I think the gaming it will be superb but I don't want to drink my wine on the sofa with a headset on looking around me after a long day

Have VM lost their rights for Scottish Premier league football for the 2019/20 season?

Sky Sports and BT Sport have the rights this season.

But only Sky Sports have the rights from 2020 Season.

Kilmarnock VS Rangers is being shown on Sky Sports Football this coming Sunday.

Only Scottish football worth watching is Rangers v Celtic.

Can anyone tell me if Sky Atlantic is coming to VM via catch-up?

If so when?

Not a great loss. Very little content, and without an EPG slate it probably went unnoticed by many.

Further news, Game of Thrones s1 to s8 appears to be available via Virgin - although I was prompted to sign in to virgin store???

However Riviera, running currently on SA, is not there?

Virgin Store is just that ‘a store’ just like Amazon Video, iTunes, google Play etc

It’s available to buy there but not as a part of any package

I am sure you are correct, however content via catch-up should not include stuff from Virgin Store - that is a right con.

I agree, it’s a bit like on Amazon Prime you can get some seasons as a part of your subscription and more recent ones to buy.

The worst thing about the Virgin Store is that if you ever leave virgin there is no other way to view your paid for films and seasons on the big screen.

Physical media is the only sure way of ensuring you have access as long as you wish, and you can also lend it to your friends.

Yes you can Virgin store has it's own site here https://www.virginmediastore.com/ where you can watch content even if you're not a customer.
Also most stuff you get sent a dvd through the post too.
BT is the one to watch once you leave them you have 30 days to download your content then it's gone for good.

Presumably, HBO is making Games of Thrones as widely available now as possible. Whereas Sky which made Riviera is keeping its distribution more exclusive.
