789 not working

Hi my wife still has payg and she has been trying to check her balance using 789.it just goes dead.Does any one know if there is a problem?.I tried 150 from landline and got the message "we are very busy" then cuts dead.Any other numbers i could try to contact them.Cheers

I just tried 789 or 03456000789 both not working for me. Could be that they exceptionally busy.

789 does not give mobile balances for me, it just asks if I have problems to report.
