Hub 3.0 Software Auto Update? - Now Intermittent Disconnections and Upload Issues

Edit 3: My upload speed has dropped from 21 Mb to 15 - 17 Mb ;( Download the same at 380 - 395 Mb

My internet stopped working and I thought it was a router issue as the internet light was flashing on the Hub.

So I restarted it - after that didn’t work and it continued to have the flashing internet light I went to my PC.

On the front page next to “Internet” it said “Software Auto Update in progress”

So firstly, I hope I haven’t messed this up by restarting the router.

Secondly - how long does this normally last?

Any help is appreciated!

Edit:

It came back online briefly however it’s now constantly restarting. Hopefully it will stabalise soon.

My Hardware Version is 10,

My software version is now:

9.1.116.608

Any ideas on what this update did?

Seems to be working fine after the few restarts the Hub did by itself for a few mins...

Hi ethan103

Your upstream power level is too high at 54 dBmv and above the modem will reset.

The upstream power level is out of spec, which is probably why you also only have one upstream channel. You should have at least 2 upstream channels bonded, possibly up to 4 if the work has been done in your area.

The latest firmware has probably come down due to the Hub restarting.

Yeah, I should have 4.
