What we need to do is immediately deport these people back to their country of birth/origin.
No asylum or appeals, just stick them on a plane and get rid of them. |

One of the things I don't quite get is that even under the European Charter on Human Rights, there is no right to a "fair hearing" on deportation and extradition matters. The Grand Chamber(of the EHCR) has often ruled that it's an administrative matter, so no tribunals, appeals, etc legally required.
