What is Mux NEW7 and Mux NEW8 for?

Hi

I have got an Freeview TV Set and my area switchover to Digital in June.

But I noted on an web site (www.ukfree.tv/) that two new multiplexs are coming online from June called ''NEW7'' and ''NEW8''.

But I cant find any more info.

The channels shown as "NEW" mux refer to interleaved frequencies that will become available at switchover for services such as local TV.
