Help with Packet loss

Could anyone offer any advice to why I'm getting low speeds and huge amounts of packet loss/latency? I've had this monitor running for a while now and the graph is quite horrible. I have an engineer booked in two weeks but just wanting to know if there might be a fix I can do myself.

Disconnect, clean and reconnect every bit of coax you can get your hands on.

If you've also got TV, swap the cables around between TV and Modem. If the problem then goes away then the cable might have been bent too much and got damaged.

I had quite old coax cables so I bought new ones and the issue has remained unfortunately.

It's looking good right now for sure, but the same happened last week for a couple days. If it happens again, I think ill go for a re-pull on the cables outside.
