Cant log in to TV Go
It looks like multiple people are having issues logging into Virgin Tv Go

Virgin TV Go works fine down here in the PL area.

You can't get to device management, without logging in.

I had to use my virginmedia.com email address. I don't use it as my main account email.

I dont have a virginmedia.com address only an ntlworld.com one.

I logged in no problem using my @ntlworld.com account that is the VM one I use at virginmedia.com and get notifications from VM on.

I couldn't login using my main account email so I went to register and put in my main account and it gave me a list of my other email addresses. The one that worked is a secondary account that I have never used. Not sure if customer service can help people who can't log in.

I can't log in with my main @ntlworld account which has been the primary account since they started doing broadband many years ago but I can log in with my wife's @ntlworld account which is a sub account without any issue.

I had the same problem logging in.
Spoke to CS and they confirmed there are a issue with this in my area. Apparently known fault internally but not listed in service status page. |
