Just had an email saying prices going up by £8.50 per month, I think I'll have to look at removing some services or go elsewhere, this is a big increase.

It's from 1st March

Our prices are going up from 1st March 2022.
Dear ,
We know a price rise is never welcome, but it’s essential we continue investing in our technology. It means you can keep doing the things you need to do – and love to do – on all your devices. To help us carry on with this work, the price of your package will go up by £8.50 a month from 1st March.

Last year we worked hard to give you a better experience with us, improving our network capabilities and fixing faults, but we’re not stopping there.

Same here despite me being promised a fixed price for the duration of my contract.

If they don’t drop the increase I’m offski, can’t be bothered with the hassle of renegotiating again.

Well noticed MB! Thanks.

Lets see if the yanks approve it now and if they do, expect action involving companies like ViacomCBS and Lionsgate soon after.

Happy New Year.:)

What services do you have for £8.50 increase? When I entered into my last contract (for 18 months) I was told my price wouldn't go up during the contract too?

ISP Review have covered the price rises in the article linked below. Mobile is going the way of other operators too (RPI + 3.9% annually)
