The First isnt getting a second season, Hulu have cancelled it.

I liked the idea of it but i hate Sean Penn as an actor, he is one of those people who doesnt really act because he is the same in every film and his "acting" style is only suited to certain roles. SFX reviewed it a couple of issues ago and said it was pants as well so it put me right off.

l am surprised you are not a fan of Sean Penn as he has been superb in some of his flicks.

SYFY has unusually (with its recent record) renewed The Magicians for a 5th season before season 4 the premiere.

I dont know how it made it past season 1. I thought it was a snooze fest and the acting was terrible.

Well I think its been great, and am well pleased to see they renewed it again for Season 5.

(Season 4 kicks off tomorrow :))

I gave it a few episodes and dropped it. Currently got nothing to binge so could get through 3 seasons of it.

I did a few episodes of that too. Netflix might have saved where I left off so I can just resume. Watched some of Luke Cage and all of Iron Fist.

The Punisher is really good. It took me a few eps to get in to season 1 but season 2 is excellent and gets off on a flying start.
