Does anyone on the Virgin help forum know anything?
My tariff is 3Gb + 3Gb free promotional data + plus rollover from last month. Up until my last refresh at the end of December It showed it all on the app. Then it stopped showing the promotional data. So I put a question on the Virgin help forum. I received the reply "Apologies for any confusion here. Unfortunately this does not show any promotional data we add as this is separate to the tariff itself." I replied that it had done until my last refresh. To this they said. "When our app was updated this was removed. I apologise again for the inconvenience this has caused." I said. The app was updated 3 months ago and it only changed last month, not only that the app know shows it again and added a screen capture of the screen showing all 3. Do they actually know what there talking about |
