Account Suspension- Re activation?
 
my account was suspended, but was apparntly re-activated last friday, however, when i phone the customer services to get some broadband help, The say my line is still suspended, despite the fact my Telephone and TV and internet package was re activated by NTL whislt i was on the phone to them!

My tv and phone are working fully,so whats the promblem with the Broadband?

can any1 help?

The cable modem account is probably still suspended- the internet access (allow /disallow/ speed etc) is controlled by a different account to the tv + phone, so needs to be reinstated as well. Sounds like this hasn't been done.

If you call customer service they should do it for you- it is normally instantaneous, and when it is done you will see the modem reboot and you should get net access back :)
