Any Moody Blues fans here?

Just listened a while ago to "Nights in White Satin" and everytime I cant get over how beautiful this song is... Its sad they went to crapola after thier 1972 album which is insanely good!

I have these albums

1) Seventh sojourn (record,cassette,8track) - 1972
2) Question of Balance (record,cassette,8track) - 1970
3) In search of the lost chord (record) - 1968
4) On the treshhold of a dream (cassette) - 1969

I dont really care for anything they did after 1972...

I'm sure they will get over their crushing disappointment.

"Days of Future Passed" was a really great album - all the tracks are brilliant in their own right but, as you say, "Nights in White Satin" is absolutely beautiful. Regardless of their post '72 albums they still remain one of the great bands of all times!

I checked, they are all still alive to care. :)

I love Nights in White Satin, not sure I know any of the others.

In that case they played at the capitol in cardiff.went to see Chuck with older boys all rockers . Moody blues did not go down to well. Go now brought a strong reaction from them . remember the punch up well just not sure it was them!! Moody blues I mean.:erm:
Putting more and rockers on the same bill not a good idea
