Speed required for UHD TV...

Hi, I hope I've posted this in the right place? My current set up is I have my Shub in modem mode attached to an Asus RT-AC87U router. Because my V6 box is in the furthest corner of my house away from my router, I also have an Asus RP-AC68U extender to boost the signal. I have tried using powerlines in the past but find them a bit flakey.
This works very well and gives me a very good signal to the V6. When I check the speed, it seems to always be 195 or 216 Mbps.
My question is, if I changed my TV to a UHD capable one, is that sort of speed good enough to provide me with a 4K picture, either via Netflix or the new forthcoming VM channel?
Any thoughts gratefully received.

Netflix requires 16Mpbs to download its current highest quality.
The UHD channels from VirginMedia are tv channel so do NOT download on the internet.
