Not received email for bills
Just noticed I've not received email notification for VM bills for the past three months. Anybody else?

You could try logging in to your email on the Virgin Media website and seeing if they are getting directed to the spam folder by mistake.

Well all I get trying to log into email is;
Sorry! Your mailbox is not available at the moment. Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices. Depending what VM retentions have to offer, it might not be important soon. |
