"Virgin Media has been accused of leaving holes in people's walls and not following up complaints to fix the damage.

We had a similar problem that has never been resolved, despite promises.

I'm not saying that VM appearing to fail to follow up repairs needed after some installations is OK but the final comment in the link ....
