Doing a self build and a virgin cabinet in way

planning wants us to move it, I am in a panic about the cost. Any advice as to how much, cheapest way? You can see from the pic they want us to move it back and to the right about 2 feet if even. Bluntly this matters to get the car in beside the door (my mum will live there and she is in her eighties)

If Virgin owns this cabinet I think there’s no way they will let anyone else touch it. They will have to do the move and I know of no way to bargain with them.

There is no cheapest way. The company who owns it are the only ones who can move it and you will have to pay their price.

… but whatever the cost, it’s only a small part of a much larger project.

Thank you. Ok well the cabinet won't be moved, we will change the entrance to satisfy roads service. Your advice was appreciated.
