Broadband down Perry Barr
 

Hi guys. Have no internet since this morning in the B42 area Perry Barr, Birmingham. Ran test and it says router not turned on. Intermittent flashing of arrow and green tick. Called VM and engineer is coming out tomorrow evening which I'm annoyed about as we use Internet for business. Can anyone confirm that no maintenance is taking place or cabinets are down as this has happened before and it hasn't been my router after all. Cheers

Customer services said no maintenance but now it is working mmmm

if your connection is essential to your lifestyle and you cannot tolerate any downtime then the best thing you can do is get a second connection put it with Sky or something and use a router with dual wan and load balancing/failover etc. They aren't as expensive as you would think.

Sorted. Engineer said levels were at max 51.
