Sky documentary channel, no signal error code w02
 

Hi everyone, had no signal and error code w02 since launch. Have rebooted 3 times and rang virgin media customer services today but still no resolved the issue. Sky nature working fine ? Anyone else having a problem with this ???? Any feedback appreciated, thanks. Andy.

Does channel 195 work for you? If it also gives W02, you have a signal fault and need a technician visit. It isn't anything that can be fixed remotely so keep calling until they book a technician for you.

If channel 195 DOES work, but 277 still doesn't, please post back here.

Thanx for your post, I have checked and yes channel 195 also showing the same message and error code looks like I will have to ring virgin arrange a technician to visit.
