Just spent 3.5 minutes lying in the snow, naked but for a loincloth (or was it shorts?). Turning over every 30 seconds, making snow angels. :D

The cold exposure aspect of the Wim Hof method has dropped my blood pressure to 'normal' for the first time in my life.

I was born in Africa and didn't see snow until I was 7..So no I'm not embracing the damned cold,freezing stinking weather.:p:
