Hub 3 cut out x 3 this am according to ping monitor.
Connection speed, no change. Downstream power levels increased, but still well within tolerance. Huge amount of Pre. & Post R.S. errors showing. Possibly a node split, and you're still on the original A-end? I've had a few of these over the years and roughly a 50/50 split of my IP changing.

The V.M.Tech. said that a lot of equipment has been replaced in the Virgin "Exchange" also in the main cabinet, approx. 1 Km. away.

Then”main cabinet” will be the optical node where they would have added fibres to allow for the 1gig service and associated upstream upgrade. They would also have replaced the old lasers that had been there for up to 20 years.
