I recently added a V6 TV box to my existing phone and broadband account. The box was installed myself on 01/08/218.

The live TV channels work OK, however I have no On Demand/Catch Up TV, no TV guide and no record function.

The issue is my V6 Box is not matched to my account correctly. Despite numerous phone calls to the faults team, two visits from an engineer and one box swap, nobody is able to resolve the problem.

This has been going on for over six weeks and all VM can tell me is the issue is being looked at by the I.T Team!

Has any one else had the same issue? If so was it ever fixed?

Um... does it have an internet connection? Extremely necessary for the V6.

Hi yes it's connected to my Super Hub 3 via ethernet cable

Well it's 2 months today since my V6 was delivered and still the same issues are there. Ive just spoken with the complaints team and was told there's still no update as to if and when my V6 will work as it should. I was pretty much told if I'm not happy I should cancel my services and go to another provider!

You should do that, then sign back up again immediately.

If you ask them to delete the serial number from your account and re add the serial it could work but will be hard to find someone able to do that

When I got my V6 boxes installed shortly after they first came out I had an issue with on demand on one of the boxes. I was told that if I had any problems to phone up and ask for the lightning team which I did and they did sort out but it did take a week or so.

Thanks for the suggestions :)
As of tonight my box isn't even booting up, so I have an engineer coming to take a look on Wednesday.
