Skyrim good for your mental health

So a study has found that Skyrim is good for mindfulness. So those 1000 or so hours I’ve played over the last ten years haven’t been a waste. Good to know

I have no clue what Skyrim is (it did raise an eyebrow when I read the topic title :erm:)

Decent game, nice big open world, I keep jumping into it occasionally, although the last time was about a year ago . . . and back then I had to relearn half the damn keys :D

I've stopped following 'quest' lines and just wander around . . some of the places you accidentally stumble upon add to the fun ;)

One thing I didn't like much, was spending an hour to reach a story line location just to find I couldn't actually get there and had to 'backtrack' . . usually to the other side of the damn mountain

but yeah, much more relaxing game than Football Manager :D

Is it sad if you bought this game for both pc and Xbox?

Mods was the reason I bought it for pc. Xbox one now has a comprehensive mods following not just the creation club
