Virgin Billing issues November 26/27 November

Is anyone having problems with Virgin Media billing?
This what happened to me overnight.
Each month I check the balance of my account so I can top it up by £300.
My balance last week was a Credit of £197, ie they owe me £197.
Overnight they cut off my services because I had exceeded my credit limit, I have not seen a bill since October 25, the next bill was issued on November 26 so I dont have it yet they say I have spent £246 pounds on calls plus the price rise took me over the limit.
I have been a customer for 20 years and they did not have the decency to inform me that the credit limit had been passed just cut me off.
They never offer compentation for all there outages,in teens this year.
I am sorry to be so angry but my wife has just come home to die, she has terminal cancer.
I ahve paid 2 x £300 into the account between 0400 and 0900 and they have cut me off again, they blame an automatic system that is not recognising payments.
Lloyds bank told me that they have several customers that have problems making payments.
