What a numpty. He seems to have genuinely believed he was doing the staff a favour by offering to uproot them from Glasgow and move them to Manchester. He also seemingly has a weekly online conference with staff called “Audience with Antonio”, which is exactly the sort of moronic, self-aggrandising bolleaux I don’t miss about working for a major plc. Honestly I bet this moron is so used to people fawning over him he really doesn’t have a clue what any of them really think ... until now, when the prospect of facing people with nothing to lose has left him diving for cover behind his deputy.

What a wazzock, as they say in Manchester.

Well he's failed on the consultation with staff first, then redudancies.

He's con the other way forst illegally.

I know this sort of happened to me. (Minus the racist gear).

I got a few grand as a result of a tribunal.

That's true. I wonder how this individual would feel if someone was going to pakistan and posted a photo on the staff intranet of themselves dressed in a burka with a chappati in one hand, a nan bread in the other.
