removing virgin logo from wallpaper
I have recently purchased a nokia 6300 on the Virgin network and although quite happy with it I am not so happy about the fact that the word Virgin is displayed on a picture of my kids, just by my daughters head!! ( I have their pic as my wall paper. Is there anyway to remove this, i have played about with the display settings with minimal success. (Apologies if this has been posted before- I am new to the forum despite having had Virgin media tv, phone, mobile and broadband for a while) Thanks.

Re: removing virgin logo from wallpaper
Hi, welcome to the forum.
You could try this: 1: Go to settings, then profiles,(then select the profile you use, ie outdoor, or normal etc) 2: scroll down to display, 3: then scroll to wallpaper, it should give you an option to choose another one or to turn the wallpaper off. Hope this helps :) |

Try the follow (Note: I cannot guarantee this works, as I found it on another forum, and don't have a 6300 to try it on). Go to 1) Menu 2) Settings 3) Display Settings 4) Operator logo Finally, select "Off". |
