Game is quite cheap at the farmer's market. Don't know how lockdown will affect things, shoots need to continue as the birds are there ready, can't ask them to stop while us people stay at home. At last market was looking like a good season for game lovers, prices same as previous years - 5 pheasant for £10.

3-Meat Lasagne for starter, followed by 8oz Chargrilled Fillet Steak with a roasted garlic bulb, creamy spinach, skin-on fries, & cacio e pepe butter
