Agreement change
 

Ok so not aproblem but what is it all about. This month's bill had change to contract on -£5.39 credit the change to contact +£5.39 debit .so no change to cost. Drilling down l find that it's for change to box ? I have no idea what this is. G guess virgin don't either!
