Partitioning 3 TB SATA hard drive
Partitioning 3 TB SATA hard drive.
This drive dose not hold Windows any applications. I have a 3 TB SATA DATA only hard drive which set to a single partition of 3 TB, I now want to repartition it to two partitions of 1.5 TB, it would be nice if it retained my data but that is not important as that is backed up. What is the best way to do it? |

EaseUS Partition Manager is free and easy if you do not trust Windows to do it itself.

EaseUS also market Partition Magic (formerly from Symantec\powerquest) also with a free trial period. This one I've used and it can resize, create and merge partitions without data loss. |
