Unable to send emails
 

Hi

I am unable to send emails on my iPad with a ntlworld.com address. Receiving ok.
So i removed the email account and now I can’t create a new one as wont recognise user name or password on outgoing settings.

Downloaded gmail app and same problem with that.

Any ideas please?

Managed to create account on iPad but still can’t send emails

What mail server are you using? It works OK on mine using smtp.virginmedia.com
