E-Bills

I've noticed for quite some time the E-Bill facility on the NTL website, but have never been able to get into it....

I have just spoken to NTL Billing and they said it is still being trialed and not generally available.......I reckon that must be one very long trial!!

To be it looks like the system is well established and has online help pages etc.... am I wrong though...?

I'd prefer to have e-bill access if possible.

will the e-billing ever be extended to other regions??

yes it is/was planned to roll out when they get all their billing systems onto the new billing system.
