I need speak to VM

I need speak to VM but all those prompts do not apply to my question.

How can I speak to a human to answer my question?

Choose a random option and then once through to an adviser, tell them your query.

If they can't help they will get you to someone in the correct department.

Going through to retentions ( thinking of leaving), is the only way to a real human being who knows what they're talking about. They don't seem to mind whatever the issue.

It seems to vary a little but generally running through the decisions/options you would go option 1, option 1, then the final option of "decision"3 and the final option of "decision"4. It's the thinking of leaving option. I generally find them quite helpful. so 1,1,4,5 I think.
