iptv not working

Hi,
My IPTV service stopped working on Christmas day, I know the Service itself is working because I've checked it with the provider and it works on my iPhone, it only doesn't work when I use a wifi or wired connection with my Virgin Media Broadband.
Has Virgin changed something? blocked some ports? different restricted firmware?
I have installed a VPN client, but that doesn't help.

Anybody an idea

Cheers

If I say it is illegal will you then remove the post?

if you are using a vpn it would bypass any blocking restrictions vm have put in place.

Thank you all, it is a mystery.
I will reset my VM hub to factory defaults and see if that will make a difference, that is my last hope

Nope, but if it were legit you would be advised to contact the supplier & VM.

It is working again the iptv provider reset my account after explaining it to them in detail that it must be something on their site.
All, thanks for your responses

Re: iptv not working

I was going to say that and forgot to come back. Some sites and services are funny about you logging in from different ips and specifically say not to use a vpn so you might find it saved and identified you by your mobile (e.g. Vodafone) ip address and blocked the vpn and VM addresses. Resetting your account removed the restrictions.
