Hi All--Is it possible to get through to Retentions in UK on 150

I have tried twice today and got put through to India or Double Dutch as I had problems understanding him twice..Waited 45 minutes to get through.

Keeps asking me for Darn password and I got so many I not got a darn clue.

My hearing not so good these days either.

I need to either do a deal or QUIT. For something so simple takes ages.
Any one working in UK anymore at Virginmedia?? THANK YOU.
