Error With Bills & Profile.
For about 2 and a half months i've not been able to get my bills or view profile and change mail boxes etc. When u attempt i get the following message...
Oops, something's broken We're sorry this isn't the page you wanted. Ive also attached a screen shot of the error! https://ibb.co/87ZhtKt Ive had networks on the phone twice who can see the error but have so far been unable to track it down. In wondering if anyone can help me out? |

Is this only from home?
Can you access your profile/bills from your phone (using mobile data, not WiFi)? |

Nope i cant access them at all from my main email address.
It happened about the same time i upgraded to 500mb broadband. |

Have you tried clearing your cookies or logging on in a private browser window?

yes and even tried on a different device, its as if the pages its trying to reach arn't there but Virgin say are.
